Join us for an evening of traditional Yiddish music and social dancing with a live klezmer band and dance leaders to show you the steps! We’ll dance in circles, lines, and perhaps some other shapes. No partner or dance experience is needed! Come to dance, shmues, enjoy delicious Ethiopian food, or just sit back and be a part of vibrant Yiddish culture building in South Minneapolis.

$10-20 suggested at the door

This event is organized by Klezmer on Ice and hosted by the Red Sea Ethiopian Restaurant in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood of Minneapolis. Help us support our neighboring immigrant communities as we build thriving cultural life together. Dinner and drinks are served in the restaurant & bar before, during, and after the event.
